Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Camillus

Have to say, nicest popeyes ive ever visited in a long time. the gentleman who took my order was very nice and gave us extra sauce at no extra charge. everything was so clean inside. not too busy. waited about 5-10 minutes for food but was in no rush anyways. the food was hot and fresh and very delicious. they did not low ball me on the amount of tenders I ordered.. would love to be able to visit here again. i recommend visiting this popeyes if you are ever in the camillus

Food and counter staff were wonderful. The tables could have used a good cleaning and the floors needed sweeping. Plus there there was one employee doing nothing but strutting around and in and out wearing a mic and doing basically nothing.

Day shift is amazing and deserves 5 stars! But that night crew is something else. Employee sleeping in a booth, the man taking our order was rushing, had to ask for our cups, got 3 combos and was missing a fry and biscuit, and the fries were in a bag the size of mc Donald?s baby fries then placed in a small box. Night crew is very disappointing especially when they had more staff then the day crew 1 day prior.

This is the best Popeyes in Syracuse hands Down. This particular location has an energetic staff and you can tell they are trained properly on par with a large city. Kenny is amazing and always professional. Highly recommend this location.

Out of flounder sandwich. Out of shrimp combo. Ok, fine. Order spicy 3 piece tender combo. Get to window to pay . ?Sorry. We are out of spicy. You can have mild or wait 10 minutes. (I?ve waited too long for similar before). Fine. I?ll take that. I guess I?ll deal. Get home and for $11 (counting tax) is 3 tenders, approximately 16 fries, and a biscuit that I had to reheat despite living a 3 minute drive from the store. Photo attached.
